Design and implement an effective delivery model across the supply chain - from the network of suppliers all the way to the customer doorstep
Set up supply chain, logistics and procurement activities based on proven methods as well as innovative solutions with special attention paid to control customer satisfaction, product parameters, stock liquidity and margin management.
Implement and manage operation processes across procurement, warehouse, logistic and distribution areas.
Control process’ effectiveness leveraging quantitative and qualitative data and constantly improving it.
Previous experience as a Logistic/Supply Chain Manager with proven track record of designing new logistic solutions
Broad understanding of business processes and ability to coordinate complex assignments
Strong planning skills and strategic mindset
Ability to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
Very good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Readiness to roll up your sleeves and get things done as well as build a team in the future.
Experience in food industry/frozen goods
