Your responsibilities
Coordinate with customer service representatives on logistics enquiries, complaints, claims, providing resolution within the agreed timeframes.
Investigation of root causes, setting corrective- and preventive actions
Arrange alternative transport solutions arrangements
Continuously monitor submitted tickets ensuring actions by resolver are being performed, follow up with
Validate resolution received from resolver party, align with Carrier / Vendor until resolution is satisfactory
Work with vendors to provide statistics, performance report and analysis for KPI reporting and deviation analysis
Understand the business impact of all customers’ needs in order to appropriately prioritize the different issues
Contribute to logistics audits and projects execution under the direction of the Logistics Manager
Support logistics projects
Implement and enforce appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with logistics management principles and practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Monitor compliance with these areas and ensure process gains and administrative efficiencies are realized in logistics services
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Our requirements
Bachelor degree or Logistics/ transportation/ customer service experience
Italian C1/C2 and English C1, knowledge of French, German would be an asset
Good knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills

Logistic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Vendor Contract Execution; supporting logistics exception management as well as the execution of ad hoc, alternative transport requests. Contribute to Logistics KPI reporting, project execution and audits. Participate in the collection of business requirements and data gathering under the direction of the Logistics Manager.
