Your responsibilities

  • Develop, manage the process for material availability and services for production.

  • Manage ERP parameters optimization inventory levels and logistics solutions.

  • Review potential constraints, risk and bottle necks action report and provide recovery alternative.

  • Develop and implement site inventory strategy in line with revenues’ and ITO.

  • Manage and report monthly revenue including forecast.

  • Plan and develop the logistic department through Daily VMS.

  • Develop, coach and train staff within the team, be a role model.

  • Create and manage budgets within the responsibility.

  • Drive continuous improvements and lean projects within the team and organization.

  • Work with Global structure to implement and maintain standard processes.

Our requirements

  • Higher education within the scope of responsibility.

  • Previous experience in after sales service overhauls and repairs, managing inventory and inventory levels, managing S&OP process.

  • Previous experience in creating and manage budgets.

  • Experience in production planning low volume high complexity and mix, transportation and customs, and operations purchasing.

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

  • Strong leadership and communications skills.

  • Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports and set goals to achieve company objectivities

  • Strong team player.
