Your responsibilities
- Under direct management of the Office and Warehouse Manager, Logistics Officer is responsible for procurement process, coordination of stock, transport and accommodation-related processes.
- Undertaking procurements of good, services and premises for the offices in Rzeszow and Warsaw, including preparation of agreements, policies and documents for payment in line with ACTED internal procedures;
- Controlling the reception/shipment of good, conducting assets inventories;
- Contributing to internal reporting as well as filing and storing of all logistics documentation in line with ACTED Procedures
Our requirements
- a minimum of 2 years of experience in working on a similar position;
- proven qualifications in procurement would be an advantage
- experience in working for an NGO or INGO sector will be an advantage;
- fluency in Polish and English (CEFR level C1)
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

To support the functioning of our office in Rzeszow we are currently recruiting a Logistics Officer. The position gives opportunity to enter the humanitarian aid field and gain experience in a non-governmental sector. The position is based in Rzeszow with potential short-term business trips within Poland.
