    Job Description
    :

    This position is responsible to provide support for the Logistics operations. The role includes the day-to-day activities related to packed Logistics operations. The role will also require to work directly with suppliers in order to identify invoicing issues, process payments, and continuously work to improve the freight payment process. The role also requires frequent communication with the contract holder and operations within the Lubricants Supply Chain team

    • Support implementation of improvement projects.
    • Review monthly statements of account from suppliers and identify inconsistencies. Follow up with carrier communications in order to fully understand gaps in the statement of account and process outstanding payments.
    • Tariffs control and reporting
    • Provisions management
    • Verifying all stocks movement in the warehouses and reconciliation is to be carried out for stock accounting purposes.
    • Develop Root Causes Analysis for stock discrepancies on a risk-based approach
    • Monitor and timely account for product returns
    • Take an active role in supporting wall to wall stock counting
    • Provide monthly review of inventory to finance and justifications for all material stock movements

    Requirements:

    • Min. 2 years Experience in Finance/Logistics
    • Degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Economics/Finance
    • Understanding of accounting
    • Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong Communication and Analytical skills
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (MS Access and VBA would be a plus)
    • English B2/C1
    • Spanish, Italian or German (B2) 
    • Ability to prioritize and organize workload 
    • Value Chain Management and E2E Profitability
    • Inventory Management / Inventory Analysis
