Your responsibilities

• Negotiations with providers and delivering cost & service effective solutions,

• Responsibility for provider allocation in all tenders,

• Responsibility for implementation and execution of Procurement Strategy,

• Responsibility for providers' portfolio management,

• Lead tendering process for assigned portfolios,

• Lead procurement contracting process & contract management for assigned

Portfolios

• Deliver Procurement compliance & digital agenda,

• Support Line Managers with data analysis,

• Create & maintaining a centralized portfolio knowledge database,

• Analyse, report and track savings per portfolio,

• Lead optimization projects,

• Lead Supplier Partnership Programs in Cost, Carbon and Customer Service,

• Responsibility for supplier collaboration towards improvement of 3 C’s,

• Responsibility for sustainability initiatives (alternate fuel, intermodal corridors, energy efficiency).
