Your responsibilities
- Ensure the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement are measured, met and reported in the agreed manner
- Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers, for the operational transparency on the transactional activities
- Respond to critical stakeholders and internal client inquiries (first level escalation cases)
- Ensure all the up-to-date operational procedures are maintained, documented and executed
- Timely identify the potential issues and make the appropriate escalation
- Blend and analyze data from various sources towards providing support for stakeholders
- Regular reporting, monitoring and developing new dashboards
- Initiate and contribute to the implementation of quality and continuous improvement projects
- Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities
- Execute knowledge transfer and work shadowing sessions
- Act as a backup for other team members as per aligned backup structure
- Share and assist Group Manager on building up Lean culture in the team, for efficient service delivery
- Maintain positive work relationship with members of other teams in and outside of the SSC
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Our requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics Sciences or International Shipping
- 5+ years solid experience in the business areas
- Practical knowledge in ocean, air, road, intermodal and dangerous goods transport
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 rules
- Experience in Project Management is a must
- Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point – professional working competency
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Ability to create self-serving dashboards
- Highly developed analytical skills – practical experience in using macros, analytical tools and applying advances techniques
- Problem solving skills and open-minded approach
- Excellent communicator and team-player person
- Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and achievement
- Ability to listening to customer expectations, understand customers’ needs and ensuring regular feedback delivery
- Desirable on working experience in a Shared Serviced Center
- Language skills:
- - Good in written and spoken English (B2)
- - Good in written and spoken German (B1+)
