Your responsibilities
Support logistics exception management as well as the execution of ad hoc and alternative transport requests. Contribute to Logistics KPI reporting, project execution and audits. Participate in the collection of business requirements and data gathering under the direction of the Logistics Manager. Provide analytical support in the areas of Logistics contracts management and optimization projects. Contribute to logistics tools development, process harmonization and system implementations.
As Logistics Specialist EMEAI your main tasks will be:
• Coordinate with customer service representatives on logistics enquiries, complaints, claims, providing resolution within the agreed timeframes. Investigation of root causes, setting corrective- and preventive actions
• Continuously monitor submitted tickets ensuring actions by resolver are being performed, follow up with Carrier/Vendor for updates
• Submit the best resolution for end users within the SLA agreement
• Work with vendors to provide statistics, performance report and analysis for KPI reporting and deviation analysis
• Understand the business impact of all customers’ needs in order to appropriately prioritize the different issues
• Contribute to logistics audits and projects execution under the direction of the Logistics Manager
• Support the collection of business requirements related to improvement projects as well as transport
• Validate logistic & transport invoices in accordance with tenders requirements
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses for Regional and Business Unit management on logistics costs performance and logistics optimization projects performance
• Perform other duties as assigned
Our requirements
- University graduate or equivalent education and experience
- Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German language (English/Polish is added advantage).
