To strengthen our team we are looking for a

Logistics Specialist - MRP
(Emissions, Thermal & Turbo Systems)

at our facility/location Rzeszów (okolice), Jasionka (pow. rzeszowski)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials to satisfy manufacturing requirements,
  • Create and manage demand to drive material requisition needs,
  • Understand the master production schedule, and communicate with supply chain organization for impacts to schedule,
  • Identify and analyze recurring critical path items to mitigate impacts to the production schedule,
  • Maintains relationships and accurate contact information with suppliers,
  • Work on invoice discrepancies when required to ensure proper match and allow for timely payment to suppliers,
  • Daily interface with Production Planners and Production Department to ensure raw materials are received and production schedule is achievable.
  • Request and maintain Material Master data in SAP.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field,
  • Bachelors degree desired in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Operations or Engineering,
  • Must have extensive knowledge of inventory control, materials management, and material procurement is needed for balancing problems created in meeting production demands,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP System, 
  • Self-directed; strong planning and organization skills with ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and assignments,
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Self-starter with highly motivated “can do” attitude,
  • The proven ability to research and analyze information, make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues.
