Logistics, Supply Planning & Master Data Management Team Leader - a position in a growing SSC

Main responsibilities

Responsibility for several processes in the area of Logistics, Supply Chain Planning and Master Data Management
Providing effective leadership and stakeholders management
Identifying, introducing and coordinating process improvements
Processing work in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
Performing monthly and periodic reporting requirements
Participation in various department projects (e.g. connected to transitions from new countries and extending the deparment)

Requirements

Relevant educational background within Logistics / Business or similar faculty
Professional experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Planning / Order Management / Master Data / Data Management department
Experience in people management (at least 2 years, preferably 3+ years)
Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level)
Knowledge of SAP is desirable
Good analytical, organisational and communication skills with ability to interact well with all levels of management and business associates in a global dynamic work environment
Experience in SSC/BPO/GBS or Production sector would be an asset
