Your responsibilities
- Identify and assess hazard and risks associated with safety and loss prevention. Develop a risk management strategy.
- Audit and monitor the flow of goods throughout the operated countries.
- Demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge and search for solutions considering local market characteristics to prevent news risks and potential emergencies in logistic processes.
- Ensure applicable routines are followed, share knowledge, conduct regular trainings and build awareness of loss prevention and safety among employees.
- In an emergency, actively participate in the activities taken up by the crisis management team and give regular trainings in this area.
- Monitor and analysis performance and take actions necessary to achieve the stated objectives.
- Work with and build ethical relations with business partners.
Our requirements
- Proven experience in the area of loss prevention in logistics processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Highly developed interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, independence and accuracy in performing tasks.
