Be responsible for growing the True BaaS category across our clients’ and partners’ organisations
Work closely with Sales, Product, Pre-sales and Customer Success Teams to extract knowledge that can be transformed into the marketing materials
Help organise round-tables, product update sessions and webinars for current clients and partners
Prepare brochures, case studies, infographics and awards applications
Explore other, innovative ways to showcase possibilities BaaS gives to businesses across Europe
Support the internal employer branding activities (for example internal referral programme)
Work with Sales Team, Awareness Manager, Consideration Manager and Head of Marketing to ensure effective execution of projects
At least 5 years experience in a similar marketing function (product marketing executive or manager)
Fluent/ native ability to communicate in English (copy creation/ revision will be needed)
Great attention to detail - you will have full ownership of the loyalty/product area
Ability to work remotely and independently (occasional travel might be required), multitask and prioritise
Experience with KPI-driven execution
Experience working with external agencies
Ambition to progress your career in a fast-paced environment
Understand and have experience marketing business-critical financial technology
Have experience with structuring and managing your team (in the future)

As we enter the phase of accelerated growth, we are expanding our Marketing Team and looking for experienced and driven professionals to bring our message in front of the right audiences.
Sample projects include
Creating infographics introducing various possibilities BaaS brings to the modern economy
Prepare and award application
Interview the Pre-sales and PRoduct Teams to extract key value propositions from our new products (the right person can ask “why?” a lot)
Help Customer Success Team with organising webinars for current partners on new offerings
Interview current clients to discover their needs and feed those back to the Product Teams
After the initial review by our HR Team, you will be asked to prepare a small task that shows your skills and ways of thinking. Then, you will present your case and discuss the outcome with the Head of Marketing together with some more competency-based questions. The final interview will be with our CCO.
