Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and review solutions built on M365: Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Yammer
- Create necessary collateral (HLD, LLD, work instructions)
- Provide estimates for new solutions in the pre-sales process
- Manage client expectations and communications
Our requirements
- Hands-on experience migrating enterprise organizations to M365
- Customer Service – works well with clients and other vendors in achieving mission success and is committed to providing quality products and services
- Strong Communication Skills – be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving - identifies risks and problems, and be able to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations
- Certification in the field of expertise
- Ability to quickly develop in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English

- Knowledge and experience in MDM and Azure

About the job
As a Customer Solution Architect team we provide technical design and architecture services to support Customers and their environments on an Enterprise scale.
As the Team grows, we need one more creative mind to extend our capabilities.
As an Architec you will be involved in all aspects of design and implementations of the End User and Workplace seolutions primarly based on Microsoft technologies.
This is a client facing, Consulting and Architecture role which requires outstanding technical capabilities as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
