About the project

Fujitsu Technology Solutions Sp. z o.o. is looking for candidates to join Remote Infrastructure Management department – part of Global Deliver Centre in Poland. The department is split between two locations in Poland – Katowice and Łódź. The department offers IT services outsourcing to a number of customers – renowned global corporations, as well as local enterprises. RIM department consists of multiple technology-focused teams responsible for covering different areas of IT design, implementation, support and development.

Among the teams, there is Messaging & Collaboration M365 team currently looking for candidates due to growing customer base. You will be providing 3rd line support within Microsoft environment specialising in all components of Office 365 to a wide range of international customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Knowledge and experience in IT services and IT outsourcing working within O365 environment

  • Hands-on experience in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD and Exchange Server

  • Administration, configuration, Troubleshooting and support of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and Azure Active Directory.

  • Ideally Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent

  • Good knowledge of PowerShell

  • Good understanding of SMTP routing between on-premises and cloud infrastructures

  • Address service availability issues within the customers organizational

  • Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure

  • Project participation in global projects as required

  • Interact with Microsoft Vendor for critical and escalation issues for permanent resolutions

  • Troubleshooting of identity synchronization issues

  • Evaluates Office 365 changes & updates and determines impact on clients

  • Experience in IT transition & transformation projects would be beneficial

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy,

  • Excellent collaborator and team player, able to work on own initiative

  • Fluency in English written and spoken

Our requirements

  • Responsibility for the creation and implementation of IT concepts/ designs with the main focus on Office 365, Azure and/or Unified Communications

  • Participation in the test phase, technical conceptual consulting on feasibility and implementation in Datacenter & Cloud Services environment

  • Cooperation with extended team and with third parties in complex Microsoft technology projects

  • Advising our national and international customers in the design & test phase for managed services regarding FUJITSU Delivery Model

  • Close collaboration with portfolio management and service delivery units within FUJITSU

  • Process oriented tasks such as delivery to the service delivery units, as well as the improvement & redesign of the Process Environment (IT Delivery Projects)
