Maintenance Manager

For our Customer, the international manufacturing company, we are looking for Maintenance Manager, reports to Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Reactively and preventively maintain all machinery and production infrastructure for reliability and safety
• Actively plan and manage repairs and major upgrades of production equipment and infrastructure
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs
• Regularly inspect production infrastructure for diagnosis, report and removing any nonconformities
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Monitor parts inventory and maintenance budget
• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
• Provide technical expertise to the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Experience in electronics industry
• 3+ years' experience managing maintenance technicians and engineers
• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related
• Excellent leadership and man management skills
• Result oriented, flexible and hands-on
• Technical capability and understanding
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Ability to planning, organizing and prioritizing
