About the project
Service Process Controller for Major Incident Team for the Critical Resolution Centre (CRC) will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and controlling functions across Business Units and Customers, as well as providing support for Process Leads during the handling of Major and High Priority Incidents.
Collaboration with Major Incident Managers (bridge call participation, creation of written customer communications, resolver engagement and more).
Handling High Priority Incidents and communications with key stakeholders.
Developing a strong understanding of the Critical Resolution Centre service and its customers.
Creation and analysis of service reporting and metrics.
Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements.
Taking responsibility for learning about all current customer needs
Proposing process improvements or innovation wherever possible.
Experience in a customer facing role in either a Retail, Finance, Manufacturing business model.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in tight deadlines and maintain focus whilst under pressure.
Good interpersonal & relationship building abilities.
