Your responsibilities

  • Organization of the work of the management office

  • Translation of documents and interpretation during meeting and conferences

  • Booking accommodation, organizing the stay of the board and company guests,

  • Management of meetings in the company and supervison of conference rooms,

  • Contact with employees, contractors and notary and legal offices,

  • Preparation of reports and presentations at the request of the management board,

  • Car fleet management,

  • Keeping the company’s documents in order ,

  • Coordination of post circulation in the company and internal communication,

  • Support in the implementation of new projects,

  • Support of other departments,

  • Coordination of work of external contractors

Our requirements

  • Higher education,

  • Fluent English (C1 Level)

  • Two year experience in an international company,

  • Good command of MS Office,

  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills,

  • Very good organizational and problem solving skills,

  • Open minded,

  • Driving license
