Your role

Do you like to organize things and know how to make them run smoothly? Do you have excellent communication skills and good understanding of figures at the same time? Are you a fast learner, well-structured, and with an eye for detail? Are you a great listener with ability to understand complex requests, take initiative, prioritize work and act as a Management Support and Business Analyst?

We are looking for someone who would help us with:
  • Supporting various projects and working actively on ad-hoc request from senior management,
  • Conducting financial analysis to support senior management meetings, cost center corrections, expense claim bookings,
  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining the organizational structure, our intranet, HR databases, service catalogs and KPIs,
  • Acting as team assistant for the CFO P&C and CFO CH teams
  • Managing calendars and agendas of our senior managers and organizing meetings
  • all other business management activities, including governance and senior management support.

Your team

You will be part of the CFO P&C and CFO CH Chief of Staff Team. Among our broad portfolio of activities, we manage workforce and financial analysis, reporting, policy compliance, project and risk management and general administration. Your team is based in Zurich and Krakow (Eximius Park Zabierzow) and collaborates very closely on a day-to-day basis. Given this close integration you will be well informed and integrated into all processes, take part in strategic decisions and have exposure to senior management.

Your expertise

  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in the area of management support, business management or alternatively financial analysis, accounting, controlling or finance in general
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team and with senior stakeholders
  • Very good written and spoken English (German would be an additional asset)
  • Proactive and self-motivated personality able to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
