Management Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • You'll proactively manage the Board of Directors calendar – prioritizing meetings, meeting deadlines and managing ever-changing schedules 
  • You’ll organize business trips and company events (often with support of Administration and HR department)
  • You’ll manage clients and business partners
  • You’ll collaborate with other team members on high-level projects on a regular basis
  • You’ll prepare presentations, necessary documents, meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions where applicable
  • You’ll coordinate document flow in the company
  • You’ll provide support in accounting Directors’ business expenses
  • You’ll prepare written translations, both pol-eng and eng-pol
  • You’ll cooperate with the Board Assistant

What we expect:

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding verbal & written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on similar position
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2) and practice in the field of Business English – necessary condition
  • Outlook – advanced knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of office programs Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Excellent work organization, decisiveness and independence
  • Prioritization and strong time management skills
  • “Can-do attitude”
  • High ability to work under time pressure
