Your responsibilities
Assisting two Business Units Leaders for Mobility Solutions (CI/BT-MS) and Trade & Consumer (CI/BT-TC) and supporting in all operational, organizational and administrative tasks. Business Units Leaders are located in Germany, but have the responsibilities globally, so the given tasks will be diversified.
Maintaining the Leaders calendars, organizing workshops and events for the departments, organizing and coordinating meetings (for Leaders and departments as whole).
Planning and booking business trips for the Leaders as well as preparing travel expense reports.
Creating and sending customer letters in coordination with the specialist department.
Making sure that vacations and other absences are recorded in the time management system.
Our requirements
Having a strong sense of responsibility and highly developed communication skills, customer orientation, reliability and a healthy degree of flexibility.
Ability to work independently and in a structured way; experience in working under pressure, multitasking and good overview of the tasks of team members.
Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance (2-3 years), very good MS Office knowledge, being open to digitalization and modern means of communication.
Very good proficiency in English, communicative German is a must (B1/B2).
