Your responsibilities

  • Direct decisions to complex Client problems across the solutions landscape, e.g. CRM and billing (SAP ISU, Oracle Utilities, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Powercloud, etc.), Asset Management (IBM Maximo), GIS, SCADA or else, and throughout the project/program lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices with a strong strategic awareness within Utilities market and associated technologies

  • Engaging with Clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and a roadmap to meet their goals

  • Supporting our Business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for the clients

  • Understanding and analyzing data with the one of the solutions such as: VBA, Python, SQL, PowerBI, etc.

  • Providing Process & Functional Expertise: Utilities- Power/Gas/Water, Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Enterprise Asset Management, Grid Operations, Field Operations, Smart Grids, AMI, System Planning, Enterprise Transformation

Our requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or computer science

  • Minimum of 3 years (for Consultant position) and 5 years (for Manager position) of hands-on experience in Utilities - Power/Gas/Water or consulting for this and related industries

  • Understanding of key Utilities processes and systems; ability to interact with and influence stakeholders, to explain complex concepts in non-technical language and to translate business issues into specific requirements to develop digital solution; understanding of how to link digital proposition with business value to shape the business case

  • Track record of building and leading successful project delivery teams; proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment, proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions; experience in systems/applications implementation would be an advantage

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken), other foreign EU language e.g. Spanish, German, French, will be a strong asset

Working conditions

  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.

  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
