    Purpose of Role:

    To provide support to the dynamic Chief Administration Office for Client Service Operations, facilitating the smooth running of the Management Information process and reporting.

    Specific Duties:

    • To collect, analyse, compile and present MI data from multiple business parties across the GSUKMEA business
    • To answer all MI related queries promptly and provide ongoing support to the business in this area
    • To act as a coordinator between the CAO teams by supporting the flow of MI communications via a range of different media including PowerPoint presentations, Excel and Word.
    • To assist with research and data analysis for CAO team, including gathering and manipulating data, researching discrepancies and producing reports
    • To assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and controls
    • Provide administrative support to wider CAO, as required and assigned by the Team Manager.
    • Assist with CAO projects, as required and assigned by the Team Manager.

    Work Parameters:

    • Internal State Street procedures & regulations (UK and Poland)
    • FCA/PRA Regulations
    • Performance Planning and Review System (PPR)

    Specific Qualifications/Skills:

    • Knowledge of operational controls
    • Understanding of SSC controls framework and associated risks

    Level of Education:

    • Business related degree (preferred)

    Previous Level of Experience:

    • 1 – 2 years working experience in a fund administration and/or similar environment is preferable


    • Ability to summarise often complex data into a easily understood verbal or illustrated format
    • Meticulous attention to detail and follow up
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel formulae driven spreadsheets, Power-Point, Word, SharePoint considered an asset
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment on occasion juggling and prioritising a number of simultaneous objectives
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills in multi- location/geographic complex organization
    • Strong interpersonal skills
