Your responsibilities

  • We are looking for a responsible Operations Specialists to perform a variety of administrative tasks to our fast growing Group PMO team. You will become part of an international PMO with 70+ colleagues – spanning 20 nationalities and 3 continents

  • Maintaining systems records and correspondence related to administration files

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from managers

  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents

  • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed

  • Update and maintain policies, procedures, templates, SOPs

  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Our requirements

  • English language at least B2+ level - excellent/fluent both written and spoken

  • 3-5 years of experience in administration/ executive assistant or secretary / office assistant role/ Business Operations

  • Significant senior level executive admin experience

  • Commitment to delivering high quality service with strong attention to details;

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work proactively without close supervision


  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint
