    Management Support Specialist

    The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global  custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

    For existing activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:


    • Support, improve and communicate Management Information metrics relevant to the firm activities
    • Produce regular reporting and insightful analysis on those metrics in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Preparing ad-hoc reports for company management board  
    • Proactively identifying malfunctioning processes and taking the necessary corrective actions to improve them
    • Design and implement processes for extracting, transforming and presenting information using Excel, SQL, VBA
    • Offering support as well as reporting to the management board


    • University degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting) or equivalent professional experience
    • Fluency in English as working language
    • 1–2 years of relevant experience either in a Management Information or insurance role
    • Computer literacy in MS Office (very good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word) is a must
    • Technical skills in SQL would be desirable but not essential
    • Dedication to quality, details, self-motivation, & willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication, presentation skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
    • Proven project & change management skills
