Manager Assistant with English
Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

The role is to provide administrative support to several Leaders in a designated support capacity, and where necessary, additional administrative support to their teams. The Manager Assistant will work remotely for the people he/she supports and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction are essential. 

  • Extensive calendar and travel management in Outlook
  • Assisting supported leaders with their non-consulting internal assignments 
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts 
  • Providing logistical and technical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops, using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research 
  • Processing time and expense submissions

Qualifications:

Someone with previous experience in supporting management, office, department, etc.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes
  • Proficient English is essential
  • Exceptional organisation, prioritization and time management skills 
  • Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders 
  • Someone with a "can-do attitude"
