    Location: Warszawa

    The Role

    Based in our EMEA Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, the role is to provide administrative support to several Leaders in a designated support capacity, and where necessary, additional administrative support to their teams.

    The Manager Assistant will work remotely from the people he/she supports and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction are essential.

    Who we are searching for:

    • Someone with at least 2-3 years of previous experience in supporting top management
    • Fluent German speaker (C2 level)
    • Fluent English speaker (C2 level)
    • Exceptional organisation, prioritization and time management skills
    • Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in a demanding environment
    • Someone with a "can-do / make it happen" attitude: outcomes and action oriented; comfortable making Decisions with little supervision or direction
    • Hardworking, proactive and initiative
    • Good sense of humour, open-minded, and fun to work with
    • At least communicative knowledge of Polish
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook
    • 100% commitment to the role and the company

    Manager Assistant’s key responsibilities:

    • Extensive calendar and travel management
    • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts
    • Working with designated travel companies to co-ordinate sophisticated travel itineraries
    • Providing logistical and technical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops, using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research
    • Processing time and expense submissions
    • Assisting supported leaders with their non-consulting internal assignments
