The Business Development Platform Leaders, cooperating with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Operation & Engineering, will implement the business strategies of the assigned platforms, arranging adequate plans and means in the concerned sites and supporting the development of the technological pipeline.
They develop and supervise innovation, growth and productivity projects, contribute to the loss intelligence to pursue cost agility and profitability. As sponsors and coaches, spread IIM culture to reduce time to market and start up costs.

The Business Development Platform Leaders, cooperating with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Operation & Engineering, will implement the business strategies of the assigned platforms, arranging adequate plans and means in the concerned sites and supporting the development of the technological pipeline.
They develop and supervise innovation, growth and productivity projects, contribute to the loss intelligence to pursue cost agility and profitability. As sponsors and coaches, spread IIM culture to reduce time to market and start up costs.
- Link with Innovation to gather information about the technological needs to be implemented in sites
- Acknowledge company strategies to develop an industrial master plan, size CapEx and trials budget for concerned platforms
- Provide prioritization for proper launch planning
- Attend studies for industrialization creating a sense of urgency regarding conditions, hurdles and constraints to leaders attention
- Supervises and coordinates the plant BD teams, develop layouts and technical solution jointly with Engineering team.
- As an agent of change He/She sponsors and coaches plant team to spread and implement IL6S culture, with specific focus on IIM methodology to reduce start up costs and time to market, he/she is aware about Autonomous maintenance and preventative maintenance pillars’ strategy and Technology Transfer & Training content.
- Support the plants’ travel to the cost agility making available plans and means
- Support the continuous improvement process in the concerned production sites
- Manages the CapEx budget for the platforms he/she is in charge of and he/She is responsible for the preparation of AR documentation when needed
- Sites in Poland and France with the highest margin product portfolio inside the Mondelez network

- Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standard
- Good understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; working knowledge of commercialization process (I2M); project leadership / management skills and technical and financial aspects of the business
- Strategic thinking, while having ability to excel in leading tactical programs
- Highly action oriented, drive for results, innovative, challenging actual set-ups, entrepreneurial ability
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organizatio
