Lead Billing team responsible for Billing & Miscellaneous Invoicing operations
Drive Billing & Miscellaneous Invoicing process standardization and efficiency, as well as accurate and on-time delivery of billing and internal recharging services
Drive adoption of best practice in billing process development, and automate where relevant
Develop and implement Billing & Miscellaneous Invoicing processes, templates and interfaces
Ensure a good co-operation with all stakeholders and world class customer experience
Ensure compliance to UPM policies and rules and that internal controls are effective
Owner of process documentation and instructions
Participate in Lead to Cash end to end process development and continuous improvement activities together with other Customer Operations in Finance, Finance Operations and Business teams
Provide own area expertise in different UPM projects
You have Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration or similar education
You have more than 5 years of relevant experience
You have experience in people, team and change management
You have good leadership & co-operation skills in a global matrix organization
You have deep knowledge and experience with billing and recharging processes, controls and systems
You have good knowledge of VAT and bookkeeping principles
You have good knowledge of Lead to Cash end to end process
You are experienced user of SAP SD and FI
You have strong collaboration, influencing skills with flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards changing environment
You are fluent in English and have experience from international business
You are willing to travel
