Your responsibilities
The senior Business process analyst will provide business analysis and hands-on systems support for engineering technologies in support of global operations. The incumbent is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions while executing as a hands-on business and systems analyst
This is a global position with a requirement of 10% traveling
Technical Ownership of the site MES system instance
Keeping the GxP systems in the validated state
Creation of validation deliverables, methodologies and best practices for the validation activities in IT projects, in accordance with GMP rules
Cooperation with vendors, service providers and other Teva teams
Provide hands-on operational support for installed solutions
Provide technical consulting and perform user training as needed
Responsible for understanding the business requirements and their implementation in the MES system
Provide hands-on support (technical, process and content) for existing applications (mainly MES and KPI)
Lead upgrade projects (hardware and software)
Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
Other projects and duties as required/assigned
Our requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or in Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience as a technical hands-on business analyst with experience in engineering systems, reporting and mobile technologies in support of operations and/or engineering functions
5+ years hands on experience with GxP and regulated systems
Microsoft office suite, consisting of Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
Fluent English – reading, writing, speaking
Preferred:
5+ years of technical experience (administration, configuration, management, operations support, etc.) with Werum PAS X MES
Experience in planning and execution of IT computer systems validation deliverables and process.
Experience in IT systems operations, new systems implementation, and IT software development lifecycle
Technical experience (administration, configuration, management, operations support, etc.) with any or all of these manufacturing oriented GMP solutions: EAM, MES, environmental controls (BMS), instrument interfacing, scheduling, GMP equipment maintenance, inventory management, change control

Strong analytical skills required to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding
