Your responsibilities

  • Drive a strong service culture within the team and ensure Graphics Standards and Bain’s Values and Operating Principles are understood and applied

  • Monitor service levels and drive execution of action plans, when required

  • Chair and lead regular team meetings and provide two-way communication between the team and Graphics Leadership

  • Set-up and monitor quality control processes to ensure “zero-defect” attitude for the team operations

  • Deliver, as an individual contributor, high quality graphics services

  • Provide daily management and direction to assigned staff

  • Recruiting and induction for new hires

  • Cultivate strong collaboration and teamwork across the group

  • Manage the professional development of the team through coaching and performance feedback

  • Contribute to regional and global standards and strategies

  • Take an active role in implementation of regional and global initiatives

Our requirements

  • University degree

  • Proficiency in English

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a demanding corporate environment

  • At least 2 years of experience in people management

  • Previous experience in remote people management is an asset

  • Ability to create high level Powerpoint business presentations

  • Proven portfolio of work in the area of expertise (experience in Graphics design)

  • In-depth technical expertise in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Professional customer service attitude

  • Outstanding team organization, prioritization and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to coach and mentor others

The Role

Based in our Global Business Services Center in Warsaw the role is to lead a graphics operation team within a region and manage related workflows within approved budget. The role may include management of a team permanently placed in a different location. The Manager, Creative Services is responsible for team’s service levels (quality, productivity) and professional development.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face to face interaction is essential.

Customer satisfaction and Productivity are measured and used both for professional development and performance evaluation purposes. Sense of service and ability to create additional demand through quality of delivery is paramount for this position.
