Your responsibilities

  • Plan and manage team of Customer Care specialists

  • Ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end process and operations to our clients

  • Ensure excellent employee experience and accelerate engagement

  • Onboard and train new employees & coach your team

  • Support your team members in their personal growth and manage overall team business performance

  • Execute customer feedback surveys and analyze the results

  • Plan and execute improvement initiatives

Our requirements

  • You have +3 years’ experience working successfully in customer front operations as a team manager / supervisor – you can plan and manage your team, and enable them to succeed throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring excellent employee experience and accelerating engagement

  • You know Order to Cash process and have min. 5 years’ working experience in this area, so you can take responsibility of ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end process to our clients

  • You can multitask and you are able to work in fast-phase, changing environment, sometimes under stress and time pressure

  • You have agile & proactive mindset, and you are able to plan and execute improvement initiatives

  • You are digitally savvy and analytical - can turn data to insights, you enjoy solving problems and want to ensure fast solutions to our clients

  • You are a great team worker with high emotional intelligence, and have good relationship management, collaboration and communication skills - you are also a good listener

  • You are curious and eager to learn – you are interested in e.g., learning more about Biochemicals products, our clients’ industries and value chains, and truly understanding our clients’ business

  • You are fluent in English (written and verbal) and in one additional language (preferably German, Spanish or French)

The position is located in Wroclaw with flexibility of working partly at home office.
