Manager Customs Compliance ROW (Rest of the World)

Accountability for keeping up and securing ongoing Imperials Compliance in the area of Customs, Excise Tax in Rest of the World (Germany, UK and Netherlands).
Responsibility for the solution lifecycle from strategic planning, development, deployment, process operations and continuous improvement of the Global IMB Customs Platform.
Contributing to the issuing of IMB’s position papers in area of Germany, Netherlands and UK is equally within the remit as contributing to the issuing if IMB’ position paper in area of tax stamps for some specific markets.
Monitoring Market development activities in close cooperation with Group and Country CLA functions is an essential part of the role as well as identifying Customs & Excise Tax opportunities, developing strategies that prevents Company from Risks and suggest appropriate courses of action.

University degree with at least 5 years experience in Supply Chain Function
Leadership skills
Ability to operate effectively in collaborative and directive business environments, able to develop broad, cooperative relationships with a set of diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated, independent and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills towards Senior & Executive Management
Ability to work in international, cross-functional and cultural teams, based on strong interpersonal skills and awareness of intercultural relationships
Very good German and English
