Your responsibilities

  • Stabilize and develop HR business deliveries towards our French market

  • Establish and maintain efficient communication flow with the internal customer and relevant stakeholders, drive decided actions and initiate own

  • Lead the team through the transition from SAP HR to SAP SuccessFactors solutions starting in spring 2022

  • Proactively identify and implement modern technology opportunities

  • Build the competences and deliveries for future needs according to the strategic direction

  • Provide mature line and business leadership to 20+ employees

  • Take proactive decisions in order to secure operational readiness; secure business continuity to mitigate the impact of unplanned events

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken

  • Demonstrate high level in leadership competencies with prior leadership experience

  • Proven experience working with geographically distributed colleagues and in operating in global matrix organizations with multiple layers and stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze and present results in a structured manner

  • Strong business acumen and good delegation skills

  • Proactivity, can-do attitude, and solution focus

  • Ability to establish successful customer relations and build successful teams

  • Genuine care for employees, their engagement and development

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present at senior management level

  • High energy level, ability to multitask and respond to dynamic changes

We also support global HR processes such as salary reviews, talent management or internal learning and we can be proud of working with top notch innovations such as digitalization and robotics process automations.

We are currently looking for a Leader - a proactive people & business manager, who will lead our French Operations Team, and who will help us take the employee experience and HR efforts to the next level. A person in this position will also work closely with French market & colleagues as well as with a number of colleagues across the globe.
