As a General Ledger Manager you will be a pillar of fast growing Finance Shared Services department providing accounting services for KK Wind Solutions entities. On a daily basis you will be responsible for managing General Ledger team globally, focusing on building a team, ensuring proper work split, timely deliveries and quality/compliance assurances. High focus on company and department goals requires working on continuous increase of efficiency and improvements within GL area. This function also involves transition of GL processes to the team and standardization.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing General Ledger Team.
- Supporting the team members through assessment, coaching and training.
- Leading the transition of new GL processes into Finance Shared Services.
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures developing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies.
- Standardizing procedures.
- Establishing and maintaining close relationship with stakeholders and identifying areas of improvements in the service.
Our requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance departments (including SSC).
- Proper education background (Economy, Finance, Accounting and similar).
- Great attention to details.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent organizing abilities.
- English at professional level.
