Manager Global CAPEX-MRO Data Analytics is tasked to benchmark, define and coordinate know-how and expertise across the CAPEX-MRO Supplier Management network. The role cascades and drives effective system and technology roadmaps in accordance with OpCo and GSCP guidelines, and develops and implements  policies, procedures, tools and templates relative to CAPEX-MRO spend. These efforts ensure spend area deployment of best-demonstrated practices and achievement of sourcing excellence.

Your main tasks will include:
  • developing and monitoring network performance dashboards and key metrics
  • managing and supporting audit framework: self assessments, internal audits and follow through on change requirements to make sure the processes work correctly and are followed
  • bench marking best-in-class CAPEX-MRO practices to help in developing action plans to transition team to world class operating state
  • monitoring sourcing contracts, procure to pay, source to pay and spend analytics
  • identifying opportunities to leverage scale, supply relationships and integrate procurement into business processes (e.g. advanced modelling and TCO and parametric analysis)
  • ensuring process compliance: help implement transformation initiatives and drive simplification across CAPEX-MRO network
What you need to be successful:
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Procurement or related CAPEX-specific and Project Management experience
  • Ability to manage challenging stakeholders, cascading tasks and monitoring their successful delivery
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
  • basic knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
  • Fluency in English
