Your responsibilities
identifying, analyzing, assessing risks of all kinds, in particular operational, project-related and strategic risks
supporting structured risk management and reviewing the measures adopted
integration, coordination and support with central sustainability management
develop and implement processes, methodologies, tools and reports
close cooperation with other functions to increase integration in terms of a modern governance concept, coordination and management of relevant interfaces
content and technical development of the Sharepoint-based risk management tool
design of risk management training courses
collaboration on the further development of the internal control system
monitoring and appropriate implementation of legal requirements
Our requirements
completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification
several years of relevant professional experience in the field of risk management; experience in governance risk management compliance (GCR) an advantage
proven project management skills, project leadership skills preferred
experience or knowledge of agribusiness desirable
ability to initiate and implement change in a sustainable manner
very good communication and organizational skills
excellent customer and service orientation
assertiveness, resilience, conflict resolution skills

In this role, you will work closely with the Lead of Risk Management and the Sustainability Manager of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC).
Your main task will be to further develop the existing risk management processes, to link them more closely with sustainability management, and to optimally prepare our business processes, both strategically and operationally, for future risks.
This is a permanent position and available in full-time. The place of work is in our HQ in Einbeck, southern Lower Saxony.
