    Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland Sp. z o.o. is looking for:

    Manager IT-Governance
    Working Place: Legnica/Jawor


    • Responsible for IT Governance in terms of security, budget control and data protection.
    • Planning and monitoring of the IT budget.
    • Develop IT KPI`s and provides regular KPI reporting (budget, personnel, application management, projects).
    • Coordinate IT contracts (SLA, SA and maintenance contracts of external service providers).
    • Act as local point of contact regarding all IT policies, ensures local compliance with IT policies.
    • Designs internal and external communication paths for IT related issues.
    • Support of central applications (NACOS, HRWT, Intranet, etc.): administration, user management, training, process consulting and monitoring. Detects abnormalities and initiates countermeasures.
    • Manages new releases and implements new functions.
    • Support central application rollouts: cooperate with the responsible Center of Competence and prepare local operations, schedule rollout activities with local experts, provide training to local teams regarding new applications / functions.
    • Accountable for applications problem management: organizes analyzes, clarification and elaboration of soluitons to problems, provides documents for the next level of support, initiates bridging measures.


    • Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent higher education.
    • Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent higher education.
    • Minimum of five years’ work experience in total. Minimum of two years in a manufacturing organization, two years of coordination in related departments (IT, Production, Logistics).
    • Fluent English (mandatory), German (beneficial). Polish language is a must.
    • Broad experience in project management including scope, time and risk management; supplier management, communication and presentation skills.
