Zakres obowiązków:

  • vendor management: holding a vendor to specific SLA’s, work with vendor to ensure success
  • set reasonable expectations to both users and vendor
  • call center and/or support responsibilities, experience in Point of Sale equipment support and related communications support
  • developing processes that streamline operations and creates meaningful metrics - nice to have
  • ensure the proper level of system access is granted to individuals (access management)

Oczekiwania:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting service support processes 
  • 3+ years’ proven customer service experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with a service desk tool such as CA Service Desk, Remedy, INFRA, Service Center 
  • ability to anticipate problems, contribute innovative solutions to IT management
  • ability to communicate effectively with a variety of technical areas
  • general knowledge of IT systems including mainframe, server, network, and web technology, preferred
  • an understanding of security risks and mitigation
  • an understanding of Data File Delivery (MFT, Managed File Transfers) to and from partners and the security risks inherent in file transfers
  • fluent English is a must
