Your responsibilities
General contact person regarding technique, quality, costs and target dates of gluing systems in automotive industry
Technical and disciplinary management of gluing system projects
Internal communication
External customer communication
Coordination with all operation areas (engineering, purchasing, preassembly, logistic, installation, commissioning)
Develop and implement the project execution in conjunction with Durr Germany
Coordination of the schedule tracking
Optimization of existing processes
Planning, execution and leading of project meetings as well as setting expectations for project team
Clarification / specification of the layout and general function of the equipment in collaboration with product responsible persons.
Skills to lead a team.
Leading, developing and motivating employees
Our requirements
Higher technical education (Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanic, or similar)
Good degree with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work in a team as well as build and lead a team, strong communication skills and intercultural understanding
Relevant professional experience in project management for the definition, implementation, and optimization of processes
Interpersonal skills, resistance to stress, ability to work in a team, planning skills,
Must possess a valid driver’s license, passport, and be willing to travel domestically and internationally
Very good communication and presentation skills in English. German an advantage.
