Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of Manager of the Customer Relations and After-Sales Department.

The person employed on this position will be responsible for execution of orders and efficient service, analysis of warranty and post-warranty complaints.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing subordinate personnel to perform the assigned tasks, monitoring key plant performance indicators / On Time Delivery, Lead Time, Delayed Orders, Orders Received.
  • Proper implementation of tasks and objectives imposed on the Production Unit for optimization. Close cooperation with other departments.
  • Fulfillment of the month-end financial schedule.
  • Processing Post Order requests in the Sales Force. Correct management of the expectations of sales units.
  • Contact with the client during the execution of orders and supervision over the documentation approval process.
  • Implementation of the sales service plan and after- sales service policy towards domestic and foreign customers.
  • Supervision over financial documents related to the execution of orders (intra-Community supplies invoices, VAT invoices).
  • Optimization of export transport costs and their regular reporting, monitoring.
  • Participation in the process of analyzing the causes of damage and finding solutions to improve the quality of electric motors.
  • Monitoring the process of warranty and service repairs of electric motors.

Your background

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the department related to customer service.
  • Knowledge of team management methodology.
  • Knowledge of tools supporting the order fulfillment process (SAP, OMS).
  • Knowledge of financial management in the project.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, allowing for free communication in an international environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and build professional relationships.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
