Your responsibilities
- Lead the realization of the project from the proposal development to the contractual stage of transfer to the client,
- Develop technical and commercial proposal with the support of the Engineering team,
- Drive the Engineering team to achieve the most economical solution,
- Manage the project (budget, planning, risks),
- Carry out the monthly project reporting within the required deadlines,
- Validate supplier orders,
- Identify and ensure the processing of modifications or customer / supplier complaints,
- Ensure close and transparent communication with the client,
- Be the guarantor of the traceability, security and confidentiality of information and documents,
- Contribute to the improvement of tools and execution processes from projects to Services.
Our requirements
- Engineering degree- preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Process or other equivalent plant engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/ commissioning at site, engineering project or interdisciplinary,
- Knowledge of the basic rules of project management,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability,
- Experience in leading a cross-functional team,
- Strong customer centric mindset,
- Be exemplary in terms of safety,
- Fluent in English,
- Occasional trips to various geographical areas (duration ~ from a few days to 1 week).
