Your responsibilities

  • Managing a Team of Employees and handling specific to Repair & Warranty task

  • Create an energetic and positive work environment, support and cooperate with the team in relation to smooth execution of all the tasks

  • Good and professional relations to the Customers in connection with claim handling

  • Have Dialog with Customers with every aspects of warranty and repair cases

  • Be responsible for one Global OEM Customer - and secure the complete overview and actions for the Global OEM customer in regards to Repair & warranty cases

  • Secure a consistent and effective global claim handling with background in Customer contracts and procuration, incl. liability & commercially settlement of cases with Customers

  • Prioritize and escalate cases depending on severity and customer urgency

  • Understand and determine mitigation action for customer

  • Ensure customer return and upfront delivery – and follow up on these

  • Initiate non conformance reports (NCR) – ensure customer feedback, based on

  • Cooperation with factory's quality department

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • Technical Insight in electrical & mechanical issues

  • Insight in quality registration system (Non Conformances system/handling)

  • Very good skills in building customer relations

  • Insight at high level in the mechanism of purchasing-, warehouse-, BOM-, production-, sales- and quality- work functions - and actively contacting these functions when needed

  • Commercial and financial understanding

  • Ability to communicate globally with customers and internally at all levels of the organization

  • Persistent and constructive in negotiations situations

  • Good Communication & negotiating skills

  • 10+ years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in leading the team

  • English at conversation level in speaking and writing

We welcome you to our Global Repair & Warranty department where we are the entry point for NCR/repair handling for customer claims, coordinates with the internal stakeholders and ensures settlement of cases with customers. The team supports the customer experience & have a close dialogue with the internal stakeholders related to customer claims on repairs & warranty of products.
