    Manager Technology Control CMB
    Location: Kraków

    You will be part of a global team within the Commercial Banking (CMB) business. Within Chief Control Office Technology (CCO Technology) there is a set of teams which provide various services. These teams support the wider CCO Technology department by providing a set of shared services to optimize resources and provide efficiencies. As the Manager Technology Control within the CMB CCO Technology organization you will act as supporting interface between these shared services and the CMB CCO Technology Managers supporting the functional needs of our CMB IT organization.


    • Support Sr. Mgmt. awareness and engagement around operational risk identification and mitigation & accountability for compliance
    • Support on decision when dispensations or risk acceptances are required and drive adoption of workflow processes
    • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements for area of responsibility
    • Support driving business awareness of appropriate policies and controls and required compliance locally
    • Support implementation of CCO Technology TOM and service catalogue
    • Manage relationship with local Stakeholders / CMB Heads of IT
    • Support Audit and regulatory planning and execution
    • Liaison with 2nd and 3rd line of defense including Cyber Security, Operational Risk, Compliance, ISR, Audit etc
    • Support thematic reviews / investigations / compliance reviews in response to internal or external events
    • Support Risk Control Assessment (RCA) / Internal Control Monitoring Plans (ICMPs) process with Risk and Control owners locally
    • Support and coordinate and monitor Risk remediation program activities and actions locally and in region
    • Support risk awareness training, preparing training documentation etc


    • Demonstrable knowledge in operational risk management, internal control, or internal/external audit preferably within a banking operations and / or IT Function (Big 4 is an advantage)
    • Have experience and understanding of types of risk technology
    • Have project / process management experience with a solid delivery track record driving change.
    • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to a wide range of individuals and groups and at different levels of seniority.
    • Have the ability to influence without direct management authority.
    • Be Innovative and able to assess needs and propose solutions.
    • Be a Self-starter and effective collaborator.
    • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
    • Have excellent time management skills
