Your responsibilities

  • Work on real business projects for which you will assume responsibility from Day 1

  • Be a part of the international team managing our top brands;

  • Improve your strategic vision and planning skills by preparing a brand marketing strategy, media plan

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of product innovation to shape the future

  • Work in close partnership with commercial teams across 10 countries and get to know the local market characteristics

  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure best-in-class communication toolkit of your brand

  • Boost your analytical skills by preparing competitive market reports

  • Have the opportunity to continue your career in P&G after successful completion of the Program

  • Develop professionally and personally through coaching, mentoring and Buddy program

  • Participate in corporate and functional trainings, which will help you succeed in your projects (internal data knowledge platform where you can learn about marketing, brand management and much more)

Our requirements

  • Students of 3rd, 4th and 5th year of Master's studies and fresh graduates of Bachelor (up to 12 months) or Master (up to 12 months) programs

  • Initial experience in marketing (i.e. internships/ student organizations)/or strong interest in the area

  • Ability to Grow by taking advantages on rapid changes and positive attitude towards challenges and change

  • Very strong leadership, collaboration and analytical skills

  • Strategic thinking, operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams

  • Fluency in English and Polish
