Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the economical, strategic, technical and personnel management of the company in coordination with the CEO at the main location in Korbach (Germany)
- Continuous improvement and optimisation of processes at the production
- Sales responsibility, monitoring and expansion in the target market
- Maintaining and expanding the sales network in Poland and surrounding countries
Our requirements
- Completed business and/or technical studies or comparable, adequate training
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Fluent written and spoken English, German language desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick response and proactive thinking to achieve results.
- Ability to bring about and drive change, persuade and care about people and build strong networks and relationships

For immediate we are looking for a managing director (Sales experience) for our plant in Wyszków (Poland), who will support us actively, efficiently and professionally.
The position is unlimited and an excellent career opportunity for suitable candidates with superior qualifications and a solid background in management or sales.
You will have previous management of the agriculture industry or in similar positions such as sales manager with technical knowledge or business economist.
