Mandatory eLearning Specialist

You will coordinate a Programme that consists of circa 80 projects annualy. You will also deal with reporting, data processes and activities. You will work with EMEA, Americas and Asia /Asia Pacifi.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education and a proven record in similar functions (Human Resources, Project Management, Operations, Trainings etc.).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and proficient Business English language skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, with proven reporting experience using large datasets. Knowledge of macros, VBA, Power-pivot and Power Bi is a plus.
• Results-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, structured working style.
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving skills.
• Highly adaptable, with proven ability to manage work independently, under pressure in a fast paced multi-faceted, multi-cultural environment.
• A positive, team and service oriented personality with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
• Open to new ideas and processes which continuously drive efficiency and effectiveness.
