Your responsibilities
conduce design, standardization, planning and implementation of EMEA MFG IT solutions strategy
own solutions design along time during the whole solution lifecycle
manage requirements collections and relations with Polish business plants teams, contributing on prioritization assessment
be GIS focal point for Polish business plants teams addressing requests on systems out of MFG Operations scope to the right owners, coordinating demand within MFG Operations scope, being a reference for impacting issues and Root Cause Analysis requestor, leading regular alignment
lead external suppliers on MFG systems implementation projects
discuss IT solutions design cross regions (EMEA, NAR, LAR, ASIA)
contribute to Information Security and Compliance solutions assessments, accordingly to Global team rules
gain functional ownership and develop leadership within Whirlpool's Global Information System organization
Our requirements
+3 years of experience in IT manufacturing applications and business relations management
IT member on several Industry 4.0 digitalization manufacturing projects on corporate interest core areas
knowledge on MES platforms
knowledge of SQL Databases and application methods that work on SQL
fluent English and Polish
able to understand business needs and capable to translate them into application requirements, collecting and prioritizing demand
uptake of basic system engineering, software development lifecycles, architecture standards, information risk and security guidelines
sensitivity on Information Security & Compliance matters
basic knowledge on networking and Windows server management
strong analytical and communication skills
intellectual curiosity and ability to question partners across functional areas
good time-management skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational and leadership talents

The team you will be a part of
The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.
This role in summary
The position will work in a very dynamic, flexible and multicultural environment as part of worldwide Global Information System teams, in direct contact with Polish business plants teams in EMEA (Managers and above levels).
