Your responsibilities
- Profitability Assessment: Provide decision-making information by calculating the cost of production, labor and material cost
- Develop production processes in consultation with equipment suppliers and consider product requirements to ensure product and process quality
- Calculate, analyse, and improve production costs, conducting cost analysis with financial teams
- Project Management: Conduct projects, set schedules, moderating meetings, and providing information
- Identify of possible improvements in product design and the assembly line processes
- Prepare project and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends to dedicated boards & committees
- Implement improvements in production processes in terms of their productivity by analysing and planning workflows
- Transfer complex data structures and numbers to different recipients
- Handle quality management, quality control, material flow, sourcing, and supply chain management
- Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Communicate information on various systems to employees at all levels of the organization
- Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, machine availability through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove waste
Our requirements
- Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required
- 5 years engineering experience in multinational company
- Analytical, logical, and structured mind-set, problem solving orientation
- Experience of New Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through to production
- Experience of managing a team
- Experiences in Project Management and Lean Management
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, incl. Excel. PowerPoint
- Knowledge of computer design and engineering software will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel
