Do you have a logistic heart? Let it beat by CEVA! If you are a passionate Manufacturing Logistics Applications Professional with customer focus and want to be a key differentiator to make business flow, this is a great challenge to accelerate.
This position is responsible for managing applications InSequence and IFL, on existing and new implementations in CEVA, as stand-alone or as part of the SMART I2M product. The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of in-factory and inbound-to-manufacturing logistics, and be able to manage vendors, follow up on roadmap and run & maintain, and support new business opportunities for implementations of the software.
Become subject matter expert for In-Sequence and IFL, able to demo the application and resolve functional and technical inquiries.
Run & maintain of IFL application: follow-up with IFL Development Team on ongoing tasks – implementations, new features, bug fixes, upgrades, releases.
Develop the IFL Product: manage the roadmap working with Operations, Solution Design, and Development Team to decide on improvements and new features.
Run and maintain existing In-Sequence implementations– understand, supervise, maintain and enforce the process in place for incident management, change request, and upgrades
Manage relationship with vendor In-Sequence – hold regular meetings to follow up on ongoing and upcoming initiatives, keep track of invoices and costs, follow up on product strategy, attend QBRs, follow-up and escalate on critical issues
Support new business opportunities for IFL and InSequence working with Account Managers and Business Development – propose a solution and provide quote together with Solution Design and Vendor
Support the development of the SMART I2M Product for the InSequence and IFL components of the solution
IFL release management – plan new releases according to the product roadmap, communicate to business and operations, monitor the correct execution
Collaborate with Delivery and other Application teams on new IFL and In-Sequence implementations (stand-alone or as part of I2M)
Communicate about I2M and IFL to the rest of the organization. Write, maintain and share product documentation depicting the value proposition for the applications.
In this role, you are part of the IT team. But you will have a close corporation with other CEVA colleagues globally in different roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
4-7 years of technical experience in a 3PL
Software implementation projects related to manufacturing logistics
Run and maintain applications for manufacturing logistics
Experience with 3rd party solutions, interaction with software vendors
Ability to understand business requirements and translate into detailed functional specifications
Detail-oriented, demanding quality on solutions delivered by self or others
Comfortable when dealing with technical teams, Operations, and vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a distributed team, remotely with other colleagues
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills,
ability to handle multiple complex problems
Ability to work on own initiative and creative mindset.
Good team working skills; keen to share knowledge with others.
Creative and accurate

Additional training on In-Factory and Manufacturing Logistics
Experience with sequencing for the automotive industry
Experience with In-Factory or Manufacturing Logistics
Experience with quotations for new business opportunities
Experience with vendor cost control
Experience with system migration, upgrades, and release management
Good understanding of integration formats and communication channels
ITIL knowledge or experience working according to the ITIL framework
