    GSK Consumer Healthcare are looking for experienced Market Analytics Lead (Poland). Poland, as an established market, stays a priority for GSK. The role is dedicated to support the business drive faster, more confident & informed decision making through analytics leading to improved business performance in a market.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic market Insight, deliver Marketing Mix Modeling, A&P optimization, Price and Promotion Analytics, and in-market tests leveraging methodology developed by agencies and advanced analytics team
    • Support market level leadership team & key stakeholders to address key strategic questions; furthermore, support CEE Area Analytics lead with regional questions and analysis
    • Lead 1 GSK Analytics resource and agency resources to manage market data; includes owning relationship & budget for local syndicated data & analytics services vendors pulling through global guidelines & contracts
    • Actively promote the importance of analytics and a performance management culture with data-driven decision making within the market
    • Lead analytics training for the market
    • Conduct external/internal data analysis leveraging best-in-class reporting & analysis standards (includes standard and ad hoc)
    • Leverage business intelligence systems & champion self-service utilization within the market
    • Partner with IT & local business reporting teams who maintain market-level data warehouse to ensure data quality to support analytics
    • Ensure rigorous launch tracking with robust target setting & alignment to global standards
    • Partner with local Finance Director, Commercial Excellence Director to provide required input into planning / forecasting process

    Basic qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of dedicated experience within market analytics
    • Experience within pharmaceutical/FMCG industry
    • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent skills in building recommendations and delivering presentations
    • Previous experience in digital/e-commerce would be an asset
    • Fluent English and Polish
